Terms of Service

tsys is research and execution software for systematic trading. It searches for candidate strategies, tests them against historical market data, reports what survived, and can connect to exchange accounts you provide in order to place orders on your behalf.

The service is provided as software. We are not a broker, an exchange, a custodian or an asset manager. We never take custody of your funds.

You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your credentials secret, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to trade in your jurisdiction. One person, one account; do not share access.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that threatens the stability of the platform.

Bots run on paper by default. Going live is always a separate, deliberate action taken by you.

If you connect an exchange, you supply the API keys and control their permissions. We recommend keeping withdrawal permissions disabled. You are responsible for the orders that result from strategies you choose to run.

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or to access data belonging to another account.

Do not scrape or resell the data and results the product produces for you, and do not use the service for market manipulation or any unlawful activity.

Automated access outside the interfaces we provide, and any attempt to circumvent plan limits or metering, is not permitted.

The product is in beta. Features may change, and results shown today may be recomputed or withdrawn as the methodology improves.

Pricing is not final. Usage is recorded, but hard plan limits are not enforced yet. We will give notice before charges begin.

Nothing in the product is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not make recommendations and we do not know your circumstances.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical and simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

Trading involves risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Leveraged products can lose more than the amount deposited. You trade at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and market data or exchange connectivity may fail for reasons outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
